BizLens
1. Acceptance
By installing, activating or using BizLens you agree to these terms with Techno Ved IT Solutions. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for the period of your license key or trial. A license is tied to the mobile number it was issued to and may be limited to a number of devices. You may not share, resell, rent, copy, reverse engineer or remove the licensing checks of the extension, except where you are an authorised reseller.
3. Trials
A free trial is provided for evaluation, is limited in time and may be limited per person, device or network. We may refuse or end trials that are abused.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use BizLens only lawfully. You are solely responsible for the data you extract and for how you use it, including complying with the terms of the websites you visit, data-protection laws, and anti-spam and telemarketing rules (for example, honouring do-not-contact registries). You must not use the extension to harass, defraud or send unsolicited communication in breach of law, or to overload any service.
5. Third-party services
BizLens works with Google Maps and public websites, whose layout and terms are outside our control. They may change without notice and affect the extension. BizLens is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke a license that is shared, abused, used unlawfully, or breaches these terms. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it.
7. Resellers and white-label
Resellers who receive a white-label build must follow these terms, remain responsible to their own customers, and may not misrepresent the product or remove required notices.
8. Disclaimer
BizLens is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that extractions will be complete, accurate, up to date or uninterrupted, or that every listing will yield a phone number or email.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit or data, or for claims arising from your use of extracted data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts of India have jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise.
