BizLens
1. Who we are
BizLens is a Chrome extension and license service provided by Techno Ved IT Solutions ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy: support@technoved.in.
2. Data that stays in your browser
The business listings you extract (names, phone numbers, websites, emails, social links, ratings and your search history and settings) are stored locally in your browser using Chrome extension storage. We do not receive, upload or have access to them. Removing the extension or clearing its data deletes them.
3. Data we collect on the license server
When you start a trial or activate a license, we process:
- your name, email address and mobile number, as provided to obtain the license;
- your license key and its status, expiry and activation records;
- technical details of each check: a random device identifier, browser and operating system, IP address and the country derived from it, and time of use.
We use this to verify licenses, prevent sharing and abuse, provide support, and show usage to the account that issued your license. We keep activity logs for 90 days unless a longer period is needed for security or legal reasons.
4. Where the extension connects
- Google Maps pages, to read the listings you choose to extract.
- Business websites, only if you enable the email finder and grant the optional website-access permission, to read public contact pages.
- Our license server, to validate your license.
- Google Sheets, only if you use that export, through your own Google account and your own authorisation. We never see that data.
To show the country of a license check, the server may look up the IP address with a third-party geolocation service (ip-api.com).
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. License details are visible to the administrator or reseller who issued your license, who acts for support and billing. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data you extract about others
Business listings may contain personal data of individuals. You are responsible for lawfully using extracted data, including complying with applicable data-protection, anti-spam and marketing laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Security
License answers are digitally signed, connections to the server should use HTTPS, and access to the admin panel is protected by authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@technoved.in. Deleting data tied to an active license may end that license.
9. Children
BizLens is a business tool and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
